Ideavo is a marketing studio operating since 2018, working fully remotely. We form a small, specialized team — and for projects requiring additional expertise, we collaborate with trusted freelancers: developers, a graphic designer and an SEO specialist. This structure allows us to operate flexibly and with full accountability for results, without the overhead of a large agency.
We specialize in e-commerce marketing, performance marketing, outbound campaigns and lead generation, and building comprehensive online advertising strategies. Over the years we have developed practical experience in managing multi-channel advertising activities, building online stores and optimizing sales processes — for clients from Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, the United States and other markets.
Our portfolio includes projects for both local brands and organizations with global reach — including a UN agency (UNDP), ecological foundations, software houses, SaaS platforms, local companies and e-commerce stores.

I have been working in online marketing since 2012. My first projects were as a freelancer — that experience gave me the practical knowledge and skills that are the foundation of my work to this day.
For nearly three years I worked at RightHello — a startup offering a tool for automating cold email campaigns. I was responsible for the full preparation and management of outbound campaigns for clients, and over time I took on the role of Outbound Marketing team lead. I also worked at Software House 10Clouds, where I supported the sales team in B2B lead acquisition, ran Google Ads campaigns and helped implement marketing automations.
In parallel, from 2013 I continuously ran my own projects — serving e-commerce clients, conducting audits and consulting projects in online advertising and marketing strategy. This experience laid the foundation for founding Ideavo in 2018.
Since 2023 I have been a co-founder and President of the One More Tree Foundation, for which I have been building and managing the full marketing ecosystem from the start.
I combine a strategic perspective with practical knowledge of advertising and analytics tools — from performance campaigns to sales automations and lead generation.
