E-commerce Implementation and Online Sales Optimization
Pellet.eco is a brand operating in the Polish pellet sales market. Our task was the comprehensive launch of online sales — from building the platform, through implementing analytics, to extending presence across external channels.
Scope of work:
- Platform and SEO – in collaboration with a developer, we built a store based on WordPress and WooCommerce. We prepared content for key product pages with full search engine optimization.
- Purchase path – we conducted an audit and optimization of the purchasing process, reducing the number of steps between adding a product to the cart and completing payment, which resulted in an improvement in conversion rate.
- Multi-channel presence – we expanded sales to the Allegro platform and local listing services. We implemented free product listings in Google Shopping.
- Analytics – we configured Google Analytics 4 with custom event tracking. We provide ongoing technical support and regular system updates.
