Sales and Marketing Process Automation for a Law Firm
Lexmotion is a law firm specializing in guiding clients from around the world through the process of obtaining Polish citizenship by descent. The project involved implementing automation aimed at shortening lead processing times and relieving the team from repetitive operational tasks.
Scope of work:
- Automatic lead qualification – in close collaboration with the client's Account Manager, we implemented an automatic scoring mechanism for incoming inquiries, enabling the team to quickly identify priority cases and shorten response times for potential clients.
- Workflow configuration – we participated in building information flows handling routine stages of the sales process — from first contact to case assignment to the appropriate legal expert.
- Manual work reduction – the implemented solutions relieved the team from repetitive administrative tasks, freeing up resources for direct client handling and case management.
